Strategic Account Manager - Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve targets within the assigned territory for the Critical Care portfolio
• Engage intensivists, nephrologists, and nursing teams to drive adoption of CRRT and HVHDF therapies
• Develop and execute structured account plans for key hospitals and critical care centers
• Provide hands-on clinical demonstrations, in-service training, and bedside support to healthcare teams
• Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for therapy and strengthen clinical credibility
• Monitor market intelligence and competitive activity to refine territory strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Biomedical Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in the medical device industry
• At least 2 years of experience in ICU-facing roles (e.g., CRRT, ventilation, or hemodynamic monitoring)
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth in a clinical selling environment
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and clinical presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
