Strategic Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client services contact for the NA Fuel division, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
• Provide day-to-day account support, including problem resolution, research, and analysis.
• Develop and execute client service delivery strategies based on contract specifications and client needs.
• Conduct regularly scheduled calls and presentations to review business performance and provide training.
• Troubleshoot client-raised servicing issues to determine if they are system, training, or configuration errors.
• Identify revenue growth potential and promote additional Corpay products to the existing client base.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support the customer base and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage and support a large client base.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Account Management or relationship management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
