About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive organic growth by expanding Ceribell use into additional departments (ED, ICU, Neonatal) within the existing customer base
  • Partner with Clinical Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities, validate champion interest, and secure budget
  • Build advocacy and clinical champions within hospital facilities using data to validate interest
  • Deliver formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and physician training to support new product launches
  • Educate hospital personnel on clinical usage, troubleshoot workflow solutions, and help establish patient protocols
  • Manage administrative tasks and reporting via Salesforce.com to ensure compliance and successful product deployment

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of med device/pharma sales plus 3 years of RN clinical experience
  • Proven experience working with hospital stakeholders, including physicians, management, and administration
  • Must be based within the Northwest Pacific region (including Seattle and Portland areas)
  • Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to influence change through consensus building

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment or working with disruptive medical technology
  • Clinical experience in Neuro ICU
  • Previous experience in medical device sales
