About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive department expansions and new product launches within the existing customer base (ED, ICU, Neonatal).
  • Partner with Clinical Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and build initial support.
  • Validate champion interest, cultivate budgets, and manage the full expansion and launch process.
  • Deliver formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and physician training.
  • Educate hospital personnel on clinical usage and troubleshoot workflow solutions.
  • Manage administrative tasks and reporting via Salesforce.com.
  • Work cross-functionally with Territory Managers to ensure successful product deployment.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of med device/pharma sales plus 3 years of RN clinical experience.
  • Proven experience working with hospital stakeholders, including physicians, management, and administration.
  • Must reside in the Seattle or Portland region.
  • Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment or working with disruptive technology.
  • Clinical experience in Neuro ICU.
  • Previous medical device sales experience.
