About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Etihad Cargo commercial and operational strategy for the Mediterranean and CIS markets to maximize revenue and performance
- Manage and motivate the insource team to achieve agreed-upon targets, revenue, load factor, and yield goals
- Develop and execute strong country, area, and account plans following Etihad Cargo's segmentation model
- Maintain and steer customer relationships, including global, regional, and local key accounts
- Drive the implementation of digital solutions such as iCargo, self-service tools, and E-Airway Bills
- Monitor performance using KPI and SLA tools to ensure compliance with service levels and standards
- Coordinate with GHA and Cargo Terminals to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage sales costs, budgeting processes, and market intelligence collection
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (2 years or more) or Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience in the cargo market with strong customer knowledge
- Extensive expertise in the Mediterranean and CIS cargo markets
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge and experience with GHA or warehouse handling
