About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account teams
- Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery
- Forecast sales and gather intelligence on competitor activity
- Track customer activity in internal systems to identify additional opportunities
- Oversee all account activities and manage individual expense budgets
Requirements
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English
- Extensive track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
- Experience in relationship or consultative selling
- Ability to articulate complex solution offerings
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Understanding of Virtualization and Cloud technologies
- Ability to travel up to 70%
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup experience
- Experience in Law Enforcement or Public Safety verticals
