About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account teams
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery
  • Forecast sales and gather intelligence on competitor activity
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to identify additional opportunities
  • Oversee all account activities and manage individual expense budgets

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English
  • Extensive track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
  • Experience in relationship or consultative selling
  • Ability to articulate complex solution offerings
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Understanding of Virtualization and Cloud technologies
  • Ability to travel up to 70%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience
  • Experience in Law Enforcement or Public Safety verticals
