About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of prospects and existing customers focusing on net growth, renewals, and expansion sales
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations to ensure long-term relationships
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand marketing technology landscapes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from C-suite to end users
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and implement churn minimization strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, customer success, and product teams

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of SaaS experience in Analytics, Mobile, or MarTech
  • Proven track record of achieving quota targets and accurate forecasting
  • Experience navigating complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to create value-based narratives
  • Proficiency in presenting complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Expertise in the Martech/Adtech ecosystem
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
