About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a book of prospects and existing customers focusing on net growth, renewals, and expansion sales
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations to ensure long-term relationships
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand marketing technology landscapes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from C-suite to end users
- Monitor KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and implement churn minimization strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, customer success, and product teams
Requirements
- 7-10 years of SaaS experience in Analytics, Mobile, or MarTech
- Proven track record of achieving quota targets and accurate forecasting
- Experience navigating complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to create value-based narratives
- Proficiency in presenting complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Expertise in the Martech/Adtech ecosystem
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
