About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including new and existing sales strategies for key accounts
  • Lead cross-regional sales teams and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and expand relationships
  • Gather detailed account information, identify decision-makers, and understand strategic business challenges
  • Analyze information to prioritize opportunities critical to key accounts
  • Ensure professional sales coordination and account planning while resolving ownership issues
  • Manage proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity
  • Lead sales teams consisting of both direct and indirect reports

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
  • Proven expertise in sales planning and account management
  • Strong team leadership and ability to drive cross-regional collaboration
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time
