About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including new and existing sales strategies for key accounts
- Lead cross-regional sales teams and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and expand relationships
- Gather detailed account information, identify decision-makers, and understand strategic business challenges
- Analyze information to prioritize opportunities critical to key accounts
- Ensure professional sales coordination and account planning while resolving ownership issues
- Manage proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity
- Lead sales teams consisting of both direct and indirect reports
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
- Proven expertise in sales planning and account management
- Strong team leadership and ability to drive cross-regional collaboration
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
