About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a book of business spanning senior advertiser and agency relationships with accountability for revenue growth and retention
- Drive revenue growth through traditional media executions and bespoke custom partnership opportunities
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, designing integrated programs mapped to business objectives
- Build executive-level relationships with decision makers and budget holders
- Architect multi-product, multi-year commercial media partnerships using premium content, data, and emerging ad products
- Lead cross-functional teams including Integrated Marketing, Editorial, Data, and Product
- Identify and pursue net-new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and territories
- Translate client feedback and market trends into actionable recommendations for internal teams
- Lead the development of high-stakes proposals, RFP responses, and joint business plans
- Own revenue forecasting and pipeline strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, or consultative B2B sales
- Background at a leading publisher, media company, or technology/social media platform
- Proven track record of building executive-level client relationships and driving revenue expansion
- Deep fluency in the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic and data-driven targeting
- Experience managing pipelines in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel as required

- Experience in bridal, baby, or lifestyle categories
