About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to move strategic transactions through the sales process
  • Identify and close new opportunities for growth within mid-enterprise accounts
  • Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center design environments
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth
  • Provide management with feedback regarding local market opportunities and channel partnerships

Requirements

  • 5 years of tech sales experience (IT Infrastructure or SaaS Security)
  • Proven track record of acquiring net new logos
  • Experience selling complex solutions
  • Experience working with channel partners
  • Strong performance history across various verticals
