Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and close
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect revenue workflows and pain points
- Lead tailored product demos and build compelling value narratives
- Collaborate with product and solutions teams to shape roadmap and integrations
- Refine messaging and materials based on field resonance
- Help shape the GTM engine, including processes, tooling, and playbooks
- Represent Rox with clarity, energy, and urgency
Requirements
- 4+ years of strategic sales experience closing deals in the $100K–$2M+ range
- Experience selling to enterprise buyers via value-based, consultative sales motions
- Experience with Command of Message or Value Selling Organization playbooks
- Proven ability to operate in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments
- High learning velocity and intellectual curiosity
- Builder mindset with a focus on running deals like products
