Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for the federal team, specifically supporting agencies such as DHS, VA, and the Department of Defense.
- Drive the entire growth process for your territory, managing it as your own business unit.
- Manage complex sales cycles from inception to completion to ensure consistent revenue attainment.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase digital access, prevent fraud, and improve workflow efficiency for public sector entities.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with customer success, analytics, field marketing, and solutions engineering.
- Establish and leverage strategic partnerships and alliances within relevant networks.
- Utilize data to maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast information.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience or management consulting experience.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment over multiple years.
- Experience selling to Federal, state, or local government agencies.
- BA or Graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, engineering).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in identity verification or cybersecurity.
- Experience working at a top-tier management consulting firm.
- Domain expertise in national security, healthcare, or education.
