Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and closing
- Execute account planning by mapping accounts that fit the ICP and identifying key contacts
- Manage pipeline with rigor using stage exit criteria and proactive risk assessment
- Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and leadership to advance opportunities
- Maintain client relationships from initial engagement through close, renewal, and expansion
Requirements
- Based in NYC and excited to work in-office 5 days a week
- 10+ years of software sales closing experience with complex workflow technology
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven ability to translate underlying technology into business value for non-technical operators
- Experience operating in early-stage or resource-constrained environments
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10-20%
