Responsibilities

  • Create and execute master plans for long-term strategic approaches to premier accounts
  • Drive value-based selling by tying Okta solutions to client business goals and ROI
  • Orchestrate and close complex, multi-stakeholder, seven-figure software deals
  • Position identity as a critical foundation for client AI initiatives and secure transformation
  • Expand and entrench sales opportunities within Fortune 500 accounts
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to engage technical buyers and C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with global channel partners, sales engineering, and business value management teams
  • Represent Okta through executive presentations and high-impact product demonstrations

Requirements

  • Proven track record in strategic field sales for enterprise cloud software
  • Experience developing new logos and selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Expertise in navigating and closing six-to-seven-figure software cloud deals
  • Mastery of value-selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies is a plus
  • Solid understanding of modern technologies, automation, AI, and cloud architectures
  • Experience leveraging partners, channels, and alliances to drive revenue
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging with C-suite leadership
