About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national account strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure world-class service
  • Manage, grow, and defend key accounts through strategic planning and relationship building
  • Perform quarterly business reviews and provide necessary sales reports
  • Build deep, meaningful relationships with key decision-makers within assigned organizations
  • Partner with internal sales members, the Global Accounts Group, and dealers to support customer needs
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales tools and maintain accurate monthly forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic sales planning with large, national accounts
  • Advanced selling, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the contract furniture industry
