About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national account strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure world-class service
- Manage, grow, and defend key accounts through strategic planning and relationship building
- Perform quarterly business reviews and provide necessary sales reports
- Build deep, meaningful relationships with key decision-makers within assigned organizations
- Partner with internal sales members, the Global Accounts Group, and dealers to support customer needs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales tools and maintain accurate monthly forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sales planning with large, national accounts
- Advanced selling, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the contract furniture industry
