About the role

Responsibilities

  • Target expansion opportunities within assigned enterprise organizations in the territory
  • Research target accounts and develop effective prospecting campaigns
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to final closing
  • Drive the discovery process through meetings with prospects and clients
  • Utilize Value Framework to sell and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with the sales ecosystem and Medallia Partners to support opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and share best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization
  • Proven top performer in a quota-carrying sales role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts and managing lengthy sales cycles
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise-level deals through strategic planning
  • Experience selling complex business applications and technology solutions to the C-Suite
  • Success in exceeding sales targets, building strong pipelines, and nurturing key accounts
