About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of large brands and partner restaurants through consultative relationship building
  • Perform analytical diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities and present the full product ecosystem
  • Monitor and analyze business KPIs including orders, revenue, conversion, cancellations, and ROI
  • Drive revenue and profitability through cross-selling and up-selling of products and services
  • Conduct daily field visits to commercial partners to ensure proximity and results
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements to adapt commercial strategies
  • Resolve complex conflicts and negotiations with senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in complex negotiations and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership and discipline for self-managed scheduling
  • Resilience and adaptability to high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) for process optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets
