About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of large brands and partner restaurants through consultative relationship building
- Perform analytical diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities and present the full product ecosystem
- Monitor and analyze business KPIs including orders, revenue, conversion, cancellations, and ROI
- Drive revenue and profitability through cross-selling and up-selling of products and services
- Conduct daily field visits to commercial partners to ensure proximity and results
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements to adapt commercial strategies
- Resolve complex conflicts and negotiations with senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in complex negotiations and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and discipline for self-managed scheduling
- Resilience and adaptability to high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Practical familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) for process optimization
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets
