About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a strategic account portfolio of major restaurant brands and partners in Porto Alegre
  • Perform consultative diagnostics and present the full product ecosystem including technology, financial, and hardware solutions
  • Monitor daily business KPIs such as orders, revenue, conversion, cancellations, and ROI
  • Drive portfolio profitability through cross-sell, up-sell, and investment or exclusivity levers
  • Conduct disciplined daily field visits to maintain partner proximity and ensure results
  • Map opportunistic new business and strategic partners to complement account growth
  • Monitor local market trends, competitors, and pricing to adapt commercial strategies
  • Resolve complex conflicts and lead negotiations with senior partner stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic account management and B2B sales
  • Strong track record in complex negotiations and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication for presenting diagnostics and action plans
  • Practical proficiency with AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM to optimize commercial processes
  • Advanced Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Presentations, Forms, Drive) for KPI tracking
