About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of large brands and partner restaurants
  • Conduct analytical and consultative diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Present the complete ecosystem of products including technology, financial, and advertising solutions
  • Monitor and analyze business KPIs such as orders, revenue, conversion, and ROI
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling and up-selling products and services
  • Perform daily field visits to commercial partners to maintain proximity
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements to adapt commercial strategies
  • Handle complex negotiations and conflict resolution with senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in complex negotiations and high-level influence
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to self-manage schedules
  • Resilience and adaptability to high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM) for process optimization and data-driven decision making
  • Mastery of Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets for KPI tracking
