About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of large brands and partner restaurants
- Conduct analytical and consultative diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities
- Present the complete ecosystem of products including technology, financial, and advertising solutions
- Monitor and analyze business KPIs such as orders, revenue, conversion, and ROI
- Drive revenue through cross-selling and up-selling products and services
- Perform daily field visits to commercial partners to maintain proximity
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements to adapt commercial strategies
- Handle complex negotiations and conflict resolution with senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in complex negotiations and high-level influence
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to self-manage schedules
- Resilience and adaptability to high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM) for process optimization and data-driven decision making
- Mastery of Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets for KPI tracking
