Responsibilities
- Lead technical and product discovery with founders, ML engineers, and infra leads
- Work with Field Engineering, Applied AI, Product and Research teams to shape tailored solutions and POCs
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering
- Coordinate onboarding, benchmarking, and integration efforts to help customers go live
- Manage multiple concurrent accounts and lead structured discovery to unpack customer pain points
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial terms
- Identify and qualify new prospects through executive and investor networks
- Own relationships with Strategic AI Native accounts from engagement through production deployment
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a PM, strategic account executive, VC, or management consulting focused on technical buyers
- Technical fluency to discuss open-source vs. proprietary models, model tuning, and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to run multi-threaded customer engagements and manage commercial cycles
- Strong communication skills to earn trust with both engineers and executives
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and engage with startup founders
