About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Accenture account to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen C-level relationships
- Align with executives on business challenges to gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
- Conduct thorough analysis to create strategic account plans and multi-thread at a senior level
- Co-create with cross-functional partners to position Figma and drive deals forward
- Leverage opportunities to advance executive-level relationships through in-person meetings and networking
Requirements
- Experience selling to or within Accenture, or experience selling to Big 4 companies (PWC, KPMG, EY, or Deloitte)
- Proven experience closing large enterprise SaaS deals with customers of 5000+ FTEs
- Consistent track record of meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles of 9 months or longer
- Proficiency in a sales methodology and process that creates measurable value for customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling solutions to technical audiences within Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- Demonstrated ability to succeed and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
