Responsibilities
- Own a named territory of enterprise accounts, driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue
- Build and execute account strategies that map Cursor's capabilities to the priorities of engineering leaders and CTOs
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver compelling evaluations
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
- Navigate complex enterprise procurement processes, including security reviews and legal negotiations
- Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer internally to inform product roadmap and pricing strategy
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise buying cycles and build consensus across stakeholders
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Ability to hold credible technical conversations with senior engineers and CTOs
- Self-starter mindset suitable for an early-stage environment
