About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Databricks’ most strategic customer in the UAE
  • Develop territory execution strategy and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Track customer details, forecasting, and next steps in Salesforce
  • Identify new use cases and expand value with existing customers
  • Orchestrate field engineering support to drive successful outcomes
  • Guide negotiations and close new and expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise account sales experience
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, open source, and cloud ecosystems
  • Proven value selling and mutual action planning skills
  • Ability to influence customer leadership and C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience selling to technical buyers
  • MEDDPICC mastery
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • English fluency required; Arabic preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai in early 2027
