Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to closing and expansion
  • Break into and systematically develop enterprise accounts by building stakeholder relationships
  • Build and execute strategic territory plans in partnership with SDRs
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Multithread across marketing, design, product, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead consultative, value-driven sales cycles tied to business outcomes
  • Run compelling demos and pilots to accelerate buying decisions
  • Navigate complex enterprise procurement and negotiation processes
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and positioning

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in enterprise sales and closing net-new business
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Ability to build and execute territory plans
  • Track record of running full-cycle, consultative sales motions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience selling marketing or creative technology preferred
  • AI-forward workflow using AI tools for efficiency
  • High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously
