About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans to maximize expansion and ensure customer success
  • Act as the primary Atlassian point of contact or escalation point for designated strategic accounts
  • Identify and build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Understand customer business objectives to position solutions that address complex challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Solution Engineers, to streamline sales processes
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions with high-value customers
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to senior management
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales experience
  • Proven experience driving multi-million dollar transformation deals in large global accounts
  • Extensive experience engaging and building relationships with C-level and executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex procurement processes and multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in leading highly matrixed, cross-functional support teams across different geographies
  • Strong experience utilizing CRM tools to achieve and correlate key performance metrics
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets through a consultative, solution-oriented approach
