About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans to maximize expansion and ensure customer success
  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation point for designated strategic accounts
  • Identify and build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Understand customer business objectives to position Atlassian solutions effectively
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Solution Engineers, to streamline sales processes
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving multi-million dollar transformation deals in large global accounts
  • Extensive experience engaging and building relationships with C-level executives
  • Experience navigating complex procurement processes and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in leading highly matrixed, cross-functional support teams across different geographies
  • Strong expertise in strategic account planning and territory management
  • Extensive experience utilizing CRM tools to track and correlate key performance metrics
