Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to elevate client satisfaction, driving engagement, retention, and account growth
- Execute strategic plans to address client pain points and evolve client programs
- Leverage analytics in Tableau and HubSpot to drive data-informed growth and retention strategies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client success or account management
- 2+ years in a project management or consulting role
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Tableau, and Notion
Preferred Qualifications
- Food & beverage industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives
