About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Field Sales Team and Sales Leadership by facilitating the sales process and managing key account interactions.
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and renovation pipelines for key accounts.
  • Assist with industry and market research to identify ROI potential for new and existing customers.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain data integrity and process flow within CRM systems.
  • Partner with the Strategic Account team to coordinate tradeshows, sponsorships, and sales meetings.
  • Utilize project management tools to track sales performance and opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or a highly customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to company-sponsored trade shows as needed.
