STR Operations Development Program

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year traineeship designed to develop future commercial operators within Shell Trading & Supply
• Gain hands-on experience in various positions within the field of Trading Operations
• Manage logistical planning for transportation and distribution
• Set up contracts with Traders and evaluate the validity of claims
• Act as a primary contact for ports, traders, customs, and internal stakeholders worldwide

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s Degree
• Strong interest in Supply Chain, Trading, or Oil & Freight Operations
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work in a resilient, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently after initial training

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous working experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in German or French language skills
