Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure product quality and operational standards across various branches
- Conduct regular field visits and inspections to maintain hygiene and cleanliness
- Oversee stock rotation and ensure strict implementation of FIFO processes
- Inspect products for quality and monitor damaged items
- Prepare daily reports highlighting operational issues and providing recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, retail, or store operations
- Proven experience in quality control, store auditing, or operational compliance
- Strong understanding of FIFO and stock handling processes
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or above
- Willingness to travel frequently to multiple branch locations
