Stores & Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to schedule product shipping to optimize service, cost, and flow.
• Prepare domestic and international export documentation and ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance requirements.
• Verify accuracy and resolve export issues, including Customs Declarations.
• Expedite product transportation by troubleshooting logistics problems immediately.
• Receive, store, issue, and deliver production material and units according to established procedures.
• Perform heavy warehousing, inventory control, and material distribution activities.
• Execute accurate data input into the ERP system for all material movements, including transfers, issues, returns, and cycle counts.
• Maintain proper marking of raw materials and shelf-life sensitive parts.
• Follow Repair Station Manual and Quality Control Manual requirements, including tagging and quarantine procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with at least 8 years of related experience, or a University degree with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Aerospace industry, preferably within an MRO environment.
• Proven experience with export/import documentation and material classifications.
• Advanced MS Office skills and proficiency with an ERP system (e.g., SAP).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Ability to work flexible hours and cross-train in other departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) certification.
• Forklift License.
