Stores Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Pick, issue, receive, sign for, stock, inspect and organize aircraft maintenance parts and equipment
• Perform administrative functions for processing aircraft parts and company supplies
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper handling of parts during shipping and receiving to avoid damage
• Maintain requisition records and enter inventory transactions into the management system
• Deliver and pick-up parts from local vendors and shops
• Load and unload freight from various transportation methods
• Maintain a well-organized receiving area and manage calibrated equipment entries

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in materials management or inventory control
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and climb/lift articles above head height
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous aviation industry experience
