Stores District Senior Manager, LATAM

Responsibilities

• Lead a district of stores across the LATAM marketplace, ensuring strong sales performance, consumer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Build and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with regional and NIKE Direct priorities.
• Develop and coach store leadership teams, driving talent development and performance management across the district.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Merchandising, HR, Finance, and Marketplace to ensure alignment.
• Ensure product availability, visual standards, and service excellence that reflect NIKE’s premium brand experience.
• Analyze business results and identify trends to implement solutions that improve store and district performance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, operational procedures, and financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in multi-store retail leadership or relevant operational leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large teams and making decisions regarding performance, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Based in Mexico City with the ability to work on-site 2–3 days per week.
• Ability to travel throughout Mexico and internationally as required.
