Storeperson

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations to ensure smooth branch functioning
• Process orders by confirming order slips, picking, and packing
• Manage the receiving and dispatching of stock
• Support inventory management and stock handling procedures
• Build and maintain customer relationships via phone and email regarding orders and stock
• Operate forklifts for loading and unloading when required
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent service

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience in a similar role
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Ability to perform physical manual handling for preparing and storing goods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
• Proven focus on safety and quality in accordance with Health & Safety policies
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift
