Storekeeper

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Store products correctly using FIFO/FEFO inventory principles
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the ERP system
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic stock audits
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements
• Track batch numbers and expiry dates to report slow-moving or near-expiry inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage warehouse documentation including GRNs, delivery notes, and stock transfers

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role
• Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, or distribution environments preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and warehouse procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or inventory management systems
• Good communication skills in English
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Currently based in the UAE
• Knowledge of food safety and storage standards is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE driving licence
• Forklift licence
