Storekeeper

Responsibilities

• Receive and handover inbound shipments, verifying documentation and reporting discrepancies
• Perform receiving actions for incoming materials and returns, reconciling against purchase orders
• Manage binning of materials according to manufacturer manuals, safety regulations, and aviation authority legislation
• Pick and issue stored materials in compliance with demand instructions, ensuring accurate labeling
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and shelf-life control
• Prepare outbound materials for shipment, including packing, labeling, and documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, and adhere to IATA packing standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or storekeeping, preferably in the aviation industry
• Vocational or technical diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Valid forklift license
• IATA packing certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Oracle cMRO software is advantageous
• Strong communication skills in English and physical fitness for warehouse tasks
