Palazzo Sanzio Roma is a brand new hotel opening in the heart of Rome, located in Trastevere. Part of the Radisson Hotel Group, this Umbertine-era palace will feature 71 rooms, a luxury restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a state-of-the-art gym.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct functioning of the purchasing department by applying rigorous financial process controls
• Collaborate with teams to maximize guest satisfaction through quality product selection
• Manage assigned tasks and activities in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to departmental goals and hotel targets
• Work with direct managers to control costs and stock levels
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote company values
• Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel purchasing is preferred but not mandatory
• Practical approach and proactive problem-solving attitude
• Commitment to providing excellent guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility
• High level of personal integrity
• Experience using various IT platforms
• Excellent communication skills
