About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and control Line Stores inventory, including the receipt, storage, and release of tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Maintain stock levels for daily demanded items such as tool boxes, kits, wheels, batteries, and oils
- Perform daily inspections of storage areas to ensure proper temperature, humidity, and safety conditions
- Issue tools, kits, and spare parts based on aircraft maintenance plans
- Update and monitor the AMOS system to record all activities, including material shelf life and tool calibration
- Ensure all unused parts are credited back to the stock system and returned to main stores
- Prepare regular stock reports and identify causes for any system errors
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of ECAA rules and regulations regarding technical spare parts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use technology systems
- Good English language skills (verbal and written)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Physically fit and capable of moving heavy equipment
