About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the safekeeping of all stock and monitor the movement of inventory items to ensure availability.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, reconciling them with purchase orders and tracking any damages or discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment to load and unload supplies and other materials.
- Prepare items for dispatch to clients using delivery documentation and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, including data entry and documentation for the storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with company quality management systems.
- Process and distribute documentation related to purchase orders and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related warehousing or storekeeping role.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry principles, methods, and applications.
- Practical knowledge of machinery and equipment used in production and material handling.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within relevant quality standards and governmental laws.
