Store Visual Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement visual and commercial standards to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
• Lead, coach, and develop the Visual Merchandiser team through upskilling and talent management
• Set and follow up on store visual goals in collaboration with Store Management and Area Visual Managers
• Launch global campaigns and sale activities according to brand standards
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify and prioritize commercial opportunities
• Maintain fashion and trend awareness to anticipate customer needs and improve product presentation
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for the visual team
• Ensure effective store navigation, window styling, and maintenance of display fixtures

Requirements

• Extensive experience working as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment
• Proven experience in team coaching, leadership, and talent development
• Strong knowledge of retail management, visual, and commercial best practices
• Ability to analyze weekly sales reports and act on selling equations to drive results
• Proactive, solution-focused, and flexible approach to achieving cross-functional goals
• High level of interest in fashion, trends, and creative styling
