Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on small household appliances (vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, etc.)
• Perform repairs following technical and quality procedures
• Ensure traceability of interventions in the management tool
• Collaborate with the customer service team to guarantee a smooth and efficient service

Requirements

• Technical training in electrotechnics, electronics, or maintenance
• Previous experience in repair or workshop is appreciated
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Customer service orientation
• Teamwork skills and commitment to sustainable practices
