Store Team Leader (Store Manager)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maximize store productivity by meeting KPI goals and building guest loyalty.
• Manage the store's P&L by analyzing daily sales trends and making strategic business decisions.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards, including overseeing floorsets, merchandising, and replenishment.
• Manage workforce scheduling by evaluating traffic, calendars, and payroll reports to optimize coverage.
• Ensure operational integrity by following company policies, managing shrink, and meeting asset protection standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze reporting to drive sales.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict management.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
• Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours and variable shifts.
• General understanding of employment law.
