Store Team Leader - Retail Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Plan, map, and execute floor sets by translating visual guides into compelling merchandise presentations
• Analyze business reports and use acumen to drive sales and identify growth opportunities
• Manage visual displays, window executions, marketing signage, and promotional setups
• Lead the customer experience by modeling high service standards and driving brand loyalty
• Act as a Leader on Duty to manage conversion, sales, and store operations
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, company policies, and service standards
• Support total store accountability including payroll management, cash office accuracy, and health and safety compliance

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail experience in a relevant environment
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive work environment and motivate a team
