Store Team Leader - Retail Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Plan, map, and execute floor sets by translating visual guides into compelling merchandise presentations
• Analyze business reports and use acumen to drive sales and identify growth opportunities
• Manage visual displays, window executions, marketing signage, and promotional setups
• Lead the customer experience by modeling high service standards and driving brand loyalty
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, company policies, and service standards
• Act as a Leader on Duty, managing store opening/closing procedures and key holder responsibilities
• Support total store accountability including payroll management, expense control, and health and safety compliance

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail experience in a relevant environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within retail
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Demonstrated capacity for collaborative work in a fast-paced retail environment
