Responsibilities
- Drive business results and direct team talent to ensure a legendary customer experience.
- Plan, map, and execute floor sets and visual merchandise presentations.
- Analyze business reports and sales trends to make informed decisions that drive conversion.
- Act as a Leader on Duty, managing store opening/closing procedures and cashier efficiency.
- Train and develop associates on product knowledge, company policies, and service standards.
- Foster an inclusive work environment and model L.L.Bean’s core values.
- Manage store operations including markdown execution, replenishment, and expense management.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail experience in a relevant environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
