Responsibilities

  • Drive business results and direct team talent to ensure a legendary customer experience.
  • Plan, map, and execute floor sets and visual merchandise presentations.
  • Analyze business reports and sales trends to make informed decisions that drive conversion.
  • Act as a Leader on Duty, managing store opening/closing procedures and cashier efficiency.
  • Train and develop associates on product knowledge, company policies, and service standards.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment and model L.L.Bean’s core values.
  • Manage store operations including markdown execution, replenishment, and expense management.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of retail experience in a relevant environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
