Store Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as an entrepreneurial business owner responsible for maximizing daily store operations and driving sales.
• Develop a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Analyze sales trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions and meet KPI goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards by overseeing merchandising, floorsets, and replenishment.
• Manage workforce scheduling by evaluating traffic, calendars, and payroll reports to optimize productivity.
• Ensure operational excellence by following company policies, managing shrink, and maintaining asset protection standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze reporting to drive sales.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and strong time management.
