Store Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as an entrepreneurial business owner to maximize daily store operations and drive sales
• Manage the store's P&L by analyzing reporting and daily sales trends to make strategic decisions
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Champion a culture of teamwork and accountability to meet brand standards and KPI goals
• Oversee visual merchandising, including floorsets, merchandise adjustments, and replenishment
• Manage workforce scheduling by evaluating traffic, calendars, and payroll reports
• Ensure compliance with Asset Protection Standards, company policies, and integrity protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze reporting to drive sales
• Proven leadership and people development skills
• Excellent communication and conflict management abilities
• Strong multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills
• Flexible availability to work during peak guest shopping hours
