Store Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maximize store productivity by building guest loyalty and delivering a best-in-class experience
• Manage the store's P&L by analyzing daily sales trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team while providing continuous coaching and development
• Create succession plans and individual development plans to support internal career advancement
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective merchandising, floorsets, and replenishment
• Manage workforce scheduling by evaluating traffic and payroll reports to meet business needs
• Ensure operational integrity by following company policies and maintaining asset protection standards

Requirements

• Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze reporting to drive sales
• Proven leadership and people development skills
• Excellent communication and conflict management abilities
• Strong multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills
• Flexible availability to work according to guest shopping patterns
