Store Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maximize store productivity by building guest loyalty and delivering a best-in-class experience
• Manage the store's P&L by analyzing daily sales trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and succession planning
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards by overseeing merchandising, floorsets, and replenishment processes
• Manage workforce scheduling by evaluating traffic and payroll reports to meet business needs
• Ensure operational integrity by following company policies and maintaining asset protection standards

Requirements

• Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze reporting to drive sales
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict management
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• Flexible availability to work according to guest shopping patterns
