Store Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maximize store productivity by building guest loyalty and delivering a best-in-class experience
• Manage the store's P&L by analyzing reporting and daily sales trends to make strategic business decisions
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team while providing continuous coaching and development
• Champion a culture of teamwork, recognition, and accountability to meet brand standards
• Oversee visual merchandising, including floorsets, merchandise adjustments, and replenishment
• Manage workforce scheduling by evaluating traffic, calendars, and payroll reports to optimize coverage
• Ensure operational integrity by following company policies and maintaining asset protection standards

Requirements

• Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze reporting to drive sales
• Proven leadership and people development skills
• Excellent communication and conflict management abilities
• Strong multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills
• Flexible availability to work according to guest shopping patterns
